Members of the NTXEC work together to share resources, expertise, ideas, and solutions. We are building better futures for our students and for our region.
What We Offer
In-Person Workshops

Access for an unlimited number of staff to three in-person workshops each year

Attendees will hear timely and relevant information from experienced staff regarding possible new programs or innovations in school districts and other education policy issues

Attendees will also have work time to collaborate with staff from similar districts regarding the topic of each workshop to identify opportunities and challenges related to the issue

During the legislative session, these workshops will be focused on proposed legislation and the potential impact on school districts

Discounted pricing for the NTXEC Annual Conference each December
Virtual Collaboration Calls

Access for an unlimited number of staff to eight virtual collaboration calls each year
-
Attendees will follow up on the topic from the most recent workshop, share updates regarding implementation of new programs and initiatives, and discuss pressing education policy issues

During the legislative session, virtual calls will be held weekly to keep staff up to date on the legislative session and provide detailed information about the progress of relevant legislation
A Regional Focus

Members drive the topics for the in-person events and virtual collaboration calls

Discussions center on challenges and opportunities that are relevant in North Texas

Legislative engagement focuses on North Texas Representatives and Senators

While other districts may participate through the NTXEC's Education Policy Center, membership is exclusive to districts in regions 10 and 11 ensuring a primary focus on North Texas

Access for an unlimited number of staff to receive an exclusive, regular newsletter with updates regarding key education policy issues

The newsletter will include detailed analysis from education policy experts, intel from government affairs professionals deeply connected to the legislative process, and insight regarding the progress of the proposed legislation

Pricing
The annual membership dues are based on district enrollment. The dues schedule for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 membership years is as follows:
